Return Policy and Procedure

 

Returns and Exchanges

Oh no! We're sorry to hear it didn't work out. 2Shopper prides itself on sending out quality merchandise with EVERY order. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of the order shipment date. All returns and exchanges MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). To obtain one, please see directions below.

 

Wrong Product , Item arrived Defective or Damaged:

Bummer! Simply return the entire item, including any packaging, along with your RMA Number and we'll either send you a replacement, or refund your order, depending on your preference and item availability. If you received the wrong item due to our error (oh my!) simply follow the "No Brainer RMA Instructions" below.

 

No Longer Needed or Mistaken Order:

Not a problem! Just return the entire item, including any packaging, along with your RMA Number . Once inspected, if your item qualifies, you will be refunded the item purchase price. We're sorry to say that shipping fees and tax are not refunded on these types of returns. Additionally, we do charge a 15% restocking fee. 

If you simply purchased the wrong size, color, or version of an item, we will be unable to process an exchange for a different item; however you may still return this with the appropriate RMA Number.

Unfortunately any opened food or cosmetic products will not be accepted for return. Our apologies for this inconvenience.

 

No Brainer RMA Instructions

1. CHECK THE RETURN

Before shipping the item back, please make sure you have ALL necessary return items including all original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, or any other documentation, or accessory, originally received. Our inventory specialists inspect and test all items upon receipt. Should any discrepancies be found, we will contact you immediately. This may result in a refusal of your return; however, rest assured, we will contact you first.

 

2. CALL OR WRITE US FOR YOUR RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER

Simply email us at support@2shopper.com, or give us a ring at 626-478-1161. We are available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. One of our helpful Client Experience Representatives will be able to provide you with your RMA Number and any other necessary information regarding returns or exchanges. Please be ready to supply your:

  • Invoice, Order, or Transaction Number
  • First and Last Name
  • Reason for Return


NOTE: Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. RMA Numbers will expire after 14 days. Any return we receive without an RMA Number will be documented and returned to you.

 

3. INSURE AND SHIP

We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with "proof of delivery." Unfortunately, 2Shopper.com cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 

REIMBURSEMENT:

Processing your return may take up to 5 business days from the time your return is received at our warehouse. Once your return is inspected and accepted, you will be able to view your reimbursement status in the "My Account" section of our website at www.2shopper.com.
