Oh no! We're sorry to hear it didn't work out. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of the order shipment date. All returns and exchanges must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). To obtain one, please follow our return instructions below. If you received the item damaged or a wrong item due to our error (oh my!) please contact us for immediate resolution.

To initiate a return please contact us and let us know the reason for return. One of our helpful team members will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) and any additional information regarding returns or exchanges. Return shipping fees are responsibility of the buyer unless you received a wrong or damaged item. Unfortunately any opened food or cosmetic products will not be accepted for return. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
2. Check the Return
Before shipping your item back, please make sure to include any original packaging or accessories with your return. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if your item is used, damaged or in any condition other than received. Please save the receipt or tracking number of your returned package for return delivery confirmation.
Processing your return may take up to 5 business days from the time your return is received at our warehouse. All returned items are inspected by our return specialists upon receipt. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Once your return is inspected and accepted you will receive a full refund of the item price and a refund confirmation email from Paypal. If your return is received in used or damaged condition a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
